When the date and time of your event has passed, the event status will update to "Event Results Pending". Select the "View" option from the completed event's page to enter student's results.
Step 1: Navigate to My Events page
- From your profile, hit "My Events".
Step 2: Select the Event
- Locate the event that has passed, the status will read as "Event Results Pending".
- Review and edit the roster, if needed, before entering student's results.
Step 3:
- Click on "Edit Event Results"
Step 4: Registration Results
- Update each student's results by selecting either "Pass", "Fail", or "No Show"
- Once you have selected the accurate grade for each student, click "Save"
Step 5: Instructor Results
- Your "Instructor Pin" will be required
- You will need to enter your "Teaching Hours", "Preparation Hours", and chose "Yes" or "No" under the question "Are these paid hours?"
- Once all required fields are accurately completed, hit "Save"
Step 5: Class Results
- Lead instructor is required to attach an expense report
- Comments can be added when necessary
- Once all required fields are accurately completed, hit "Save"
Event results will display as “Submitted”, and the “Event Results Pending” status will remain on the event until the state administrator “Approves/Denies” the results. Once the state administrator completes their review, the event’s status will update to “Event Completed”, and the event results will show either “Approved” or “Denied”. If results are “Denied” the Lead Instructor will be sent notification along with the reason for the denial.
