Please see the steps below to submit hours for an event in the past:
Step 1: Select the Event
- If you are a Primary instructor you will go to "My Events"
- If you are an Assistant Instructor you will go to "Assigned Events"
Step 2: Select View
- This will allow you to see event details
Step 3: Submit Results
- From there, go to "Submit Results" under the "Edit" button and enter your personalized instructor PIN
Step 4: Teaching and Preparation Hours
- Enter in your teaching and preparation hours. You will need to choose "yes" or "no" under the question "Are these paid hours?"
- If there are additional dates for the event in which you did not work, you must enter "0" for that hour field (cannot be left blank)
- Once all the required fields are completed, select "Save"
If you receive an error! Please ensure the following.
- Make sure you are logged into your own profile before trying to add your hours.
- Make sure you are using Google Chrome, sometimes submitting hours is best done from a computer
