If you need to contact the students prior to the event, you can do so by emailing the roster:
Step 1:
- Navigate to "My Events", hit "View" on the selected event, then hit "View Event Roster"
Step 2:
- At the bottom of the Event Roster screen, there is a green button "Send Emails to Students", click on that to open the email form
Step 3:
- Edit the Subject Line and Body of the email
- You can opt to send yourself a copy of the communication as well
Step 4:
- When you are satisfied, hit "Send Email"
