How does the Waitlist work?

Sometimes, events reach full capacity quickly. If you find an event is fully booked, you can join the waitlist to be in line for any available spots. Here’s how it works:

 

Step 1: Join the Waitlist

  • Sign in to your account and select "Join Waitlist" for the event. This puts you in line for any openings based on your position in the waitlist.

Step 2: Watch Your Email

  • If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification with an invitation link to join the event.

  • You are given 24 hours to respond to the invitation before it expires and the next student on the waitlist will be sent an invite

Step 3: Accept the Invitation

  • Option 1 - Click the invitation link in your email to confirm your spot.

  • Option 2 - Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Events” tab to accept the invitation.
